I attended Franklin and Marshall College and graduated Cum Laude from Lebanon Valley College in 1992 with a B.S. in Business Management/Accounting. After college, I decided to go right into graduate school for my master’s degree. I was the first person in the history of the college to complete the entire 3 year program in half that time, and I earned my MBA degree in just over a year from Lebanon Valley College in 1993. As a child, I used to spend many evenings during tax season in my dad’s CPA office here in Myerstown, and decided at a young age that I wanted to follow in his footsteps and build my own accounting business.
I began Morrison Accounting in 1998 on a very small scale – probably only 10 clients. The next year I had a few more clients, and the positive word-of-mouth and referrals from my clients has built my business up so much, that I have over 1,300 clients now! What I build my business on is the personal attention I give to every tax return, my small-town honest fees, and taking the time to know each and every client that walks in my door. I love what I do, and I appreciate every client that entrusts their accounting work or tax work with me.
I am married 27 years and have 3 wonderful children. My daughter Emily recently graduated from George Mason University and lives in Virginia where she is an elementary school teacher. My son Greg is a senior at Villanova University, double majoring in Economics and International Business, and is minoring in Arabic and Data Analytics. My youngest daughter Becky is in 11th grade at Berks Catholic HS.
The fastest way to reach me is to send me a text message on my phone (717) 269-7801. If texting isn’t an option for you, feel free to call or email me as well, and I will get back to you as soon as I am able to. Please be patient though, as returning messages tends to get overwhelming during tax season.
